KK Trip 2011 (Part 5): The Z drive
Good afternoon to all. Arrived at our hotel around 1-2 in the morning. It was an unforgettable ride and most members made it safely. Here are pics during the Z drive itself. Enjoy...

After having breakfast and done with the briefing, its time for the Z drive.

Due to the minor problem above, some Zs had to wait for others before continuing the journey. 1st stop is the nearest shell station for a fill up.

Almost all of the Zs went to top up their fuel before the journey. It took us more then half an hour for all the Zs to finish topping up their fuel.

KK Trip 2011 (Part 4): High Tide Vs BZOCA
Good afternoon to all. Continuing the journey to KK. Members boarded a different ferry going to Menumbok. The tide was rising and it took a while to get on board. Great teamwork during boarding time. Here are some pics. Click to enlarge.

After all the Zs boarded, members proceeded to the top deck of the ferry. The weather was fantastic and all members decided to have dinner and relax there throughout the trip.

Arrival in Menumbok port, the tide was high and it was the most difficult obstacle that members have encountered. A total of 4 groups of members needed in order to offload each Z. Unforgettable moments with great teamwork by members & friends.
1st group as shown below to monitor the front section of the ride.
2nd group would look at the middle sections of the rides including undercarriage. Few had problems having clearing their mid pipes and side skirts.
3rd group would look at the rear sections of the rides. Exhaust pipings are closely monitored.
Members need to be sure that all are clear for the final group to work their teamwork.
Last group, to make sure the rides clear the ramp. The edge of the ramp was even under the water as shown in the pic. Great teamwork made it all happen.

KK Trip 2011 (Part 3) - Labuan stop
Good morning to all. Our 1st stop during the trip was in Labuan. A good sunny day for us. Coming down from the ferry was easy. However we had to wait for a couple of hours for the next ferry to Menumbok. Members found ways to burn time during the waiting period. Pics during the day...

As all members came down from the ferry, we were welcomed by a fellow Z member from Labuan with his awesome Z and took us to a place where we can have our lunch.
Lunch stop in Labuan. Special thanks to Arshad for the time and lunch spot suggestion.
